The following upgrades to the AlaskaOwnership_20140724 feature class were made on July 24,2014

Applied a patch to the Tok area that:
	Improved the accuracy of Tanacross/State/BLM/Private ownership in the area
	Adjusted placement of local allotments to coincide with MTPs.
	Removed Allotment #AKFF 087180A per ACRES Abstract.

Redigitized Private/USFWS ownership around Caribou Island on Skilak Lake (Kenai NWR) - limited private ownership to non-submerged lands.

Reattributed:
	Consolidated Various Kuskokwim Corporation Unit Names into a single Village Corp Unit Name, "The Kuskokwim Corporation"
	Consolidated Ahtna Village Corporations (except Chitina) into the Ahtna, Incorporated Regional Corp.
	Private Fee Simple => Private
	AK - Mental Health Trust => Alaska Mental Health Trust
	AK - University => University of Alaska
	AK - Department of Transportation => Alaska DOT
	AK - Other DNR Owned/Managed => Alaska DNR Other
	[Individual State Forests] => Alaska Forestry
	[Individual State Refuges] => Alaska Fish and Game
	[Individual State Parks] => Alaska State Parks
	[Misc. other State Units] => Alaska DNR Other
	BLM UnitID [AKASO] => AKFBD or AKAND based on location.
	Consolidated Military Ownership into 11 Unit Names and 5 UnitIDs + null
		
Created Topology and cleaned up overlapping data and some slivers - reduced the total number of polygons from 109,826 to 87,448.

Additional data from CIRI and the Kenai Peninsula Borough were NOT incorporated into the 20140724 release. These data should be ready for the next release.
