The GIS data/products were produced by Paul Morgan with Alameda County Fire Dept(ACF). ACF was on the initial attack and part of the IMT.  I volunteered my services to them.   I tried my best to follow the ICS S-341 training manual and procedures for this incident.  Since it has been over 2 years since the training class and no assignments inbetween, I am still a GISS (t) with no practical incident experience.
