Due to concern about sensitive information in IAPs, all IAP files prior to 6/27/2008 have been removed from this site.  IAP files will continue to be added here but with some sensitive information blacked out.  If you need access to IAP files that include sensitive information such as phone numbers, email your request to;

Include your name, phone number, and agency email address along with an explanation of your need for phone number info for incident resources.  Contact will be made back to you with directions on how to access unfiltered IAP info from a secure website.
