Coal Hollow, UT - Wildfire Overview - 11 August 2018 c. 0900 UTC Weather Conditions - The vicinity of the fire had a smll amount of cloud cover over the southeastern and northwestern protion of the perimeter. Details - Weather conditions had a moderate effect upon analysis of the southern section of the perimeter, and northernwestern portion. Large areas of perimeter growth and intense fire were detected at the northwestern, northern, southwestern and western section of the Coal Hollow fire. Large areas of intense fire were detected along the north western and southeastern section of the perimeter, and moderate sized areas of intense fire on the western secton of the perimeter of the fire. Large areas of scattered fire were detected along the northwestern and northern edges of the perimter, and makes up a large portion of the interior of the fire from the central portion across the whole interior all the down to the southern and southeastern part of the perimeter of the fire . Isolated fires were generally within fairly close proximity to the main perimeters. Note at the northern end of the fire isolated fire were mapped along the road - but they may be vehilces. Isoalted were mapped outside the perimeter on the south west, south, southeastern and lower eastern section - spotting ahead of the intense heat.
