IR Files for Peoples Creek are located in /incident_specific_data/n_rockies/2017_fires/2017_Tamarack/IR.
The scanner order placed 2017-08-15 combined Tamarack and Peoples into one order, so the files are together
in the Tamarack folder as per Lead GISS Ray's recommendation.
