The following maps and the data comprising them were created for the purpose of supporting the
Department of the Interior Burned Area Emergency Stabilization and Rehabilitation (BAER) Team
report.  The data represented on the maps were gathered from multiple sources that may vary in 
accuracy, scale and date.  The maps are for reference only and not an official declaration of
boundaries or ownership.

We make every effort to utilize data sets that are most current with accuracy parameters
consistent with the intended use of natural resource management.  Because the data sources
and purposes are variable, the maps should be used for display purposes only and are not valid
for use in site planning projects, making hazard assessments, or for legal determination of
jurisdiction.  It is the user's responsibility to investigate the supporting data sets to a level
of detail commensurate with the user's purpose.

described and/or contained herein.  These data and related graphics, (if available), are not legal
documents and are not intended to be used as such.  The information contained in these data is
dynamic and may change over time.  The data sets are not better than the original sources from which
they were derived.  It is the responsibility of the data user to use the data appropriately and
consistently within the limitations of geospatial data in general and these data specifically.  The

or completeness of these data.  Although the data sets have been processed successfully on a
