SnapOS Release Notes
The Release Notes contain important or late-breaking information, corrections, and issues concerning the operation of your Snap Server.
Snap Server Upgrade Guide
The Upgrade Guide provides procedures for upgrading your Snap Server to the latest version of the SnapOS software, as well as to the latest version of the Virtual Machine software.
S2S Release Notes
Server-to-Server Synchronization (S2S) is Java-based data replication software that copies the contents of a share from one (source) Snap Server to share on one or more different (destination) Snap Servers. The S2S Release Notes provide information on software prerequisites, procedures, and issues related to the installation and operation of the S2S software on your Snap Server.
Administrator Guide
The Snap Server Administrator Guide (1100 / 2200 / 4100), available in PDF format, provides general information on the setup and configuration of your Snap Server.

Resolving Problems
Snap Appliance provides several ways to resolve issues with the configuration or operation of your Snap Server. You can find the all of the following resources at http://www.snapappliance.com/support.
Knowledge Base — The Knowledge Base (KB) is an archive of Snap Server issues and their resolutions. Searching the Knowledge Base is the fastest way to get the information you need.
Technical Reference — The Technical Reference is a collection of specifications and troubleshooting information about your Snap Server.

In order to assist you, our staff needs the following information: your model, server, and OS version numbers; a description of the issue; any conditions, programs, or other factors that may be contributing to the issue; and the steps needed to reproduce the problem.
